Phone competency, followed by in person case study (no pre prep) and finally a partner interview, with case study that was pre prepared. The questions asked at the competency stage were completely standard. Both the second and third round IVs were at the London offices at Ludgate circus.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
