I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (San Clemente, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview process was very long, met with 3 interviewers that spent most of the time talking about themselves and their accomplishments.. Questions were based on generic situational examples. Interviews were scheduled back to back so it was a bit awkward sitting in the lobby with several other candidates (this was pre-Covid). Felt more like a doctor’s appointment as opposed to an interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (Portland, OR) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was non existent as the hiring manager never showed up to our scheduled interview. When I reached out to follow up, I did not receive a response. Unprofessional and unpleasant.
Phone screen with then an interview with a manager. The second interview was with another manager. It was standard questions. Nothing too different. What I didn't understand was that the job was for the HR team but my interview was with people from other departments. After the second interview, I was confused about the job responsibilities. The manager wasn't sure which job I was interviewing for.
