Phone interview and then in-person with the service managers. Pretty easy. You do a ride along to see if you like it which a lot of people find out then they don't. They work you like a dog

first you will do a ride-along with another SSR then return to be interviewed. 3 interview process
1 with HR, 1 with lower level managers, and 1 with the general manager
