Interview
After applying for a crew position the night before, I received a fairly immediate email for an interview the next day (the location in question is very new and eagerly hiring). A friend who works at a different location advised me not to arrive too early given my interview time, as I may otherwise run the risk of waiting up to an hour. Come interview day, I waited only about 15 minutes for the manager, who was busy working during a high volume period. All hands appeared to be on deck. When the manager was able, she came to meet me and sat with me at one of the tables. The experience was overall pleasant, staff appeared friendly, and the manager was kind. I was notified that I should expect a decision within 24-48 hours.
