After applying, you´ll have to do three assignemnts, one written -answering in 350 words to one of two questions- one assesing your reading comprehension and one last one that asseses your own perceotion of yourself, ranking different statements from "most like me" to "least like me". Once all the assesemtns are completed, you´ll arange a call with someone from the recruitment team, where you will talk about yoir background as well as you´ll talk a bit more about the role and the company.

Very simple and similar to most graduate level roles. Firstly a brief 15 minute call with recruiter, a short writing piece c.500 words to test your grammar and an interview with the team manager covering basic graduate level questions.
