Application
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Capgemini (Hyderābād) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was very nice. My interview process at Capgemini consisted of multiple stages. It began with an HR screening to evaluate communication and role fit.
This was followed by a technical round focusing on SAP SD concepts like OTC cycle, pricing, and scenario-based questions.
Then I had a managerial round where my project experience, stakeholder handling, and problem-solving approach were discussed in detail.
The final round was with HR, covering compensation, availability, and onboarding formalities.
Two Technical rounds followed by a Managerial round in which project related questions will be asked. Technical rounds are Java core and basic, new features of the version you used.
