I reached out to a project director via LinkedIn and then I got an interview. Direct application through their portal dint help me to get to the interview process. Luckily the project director was very reaponsive and friendly.
Asked a lot of behaviorals. People were very nice and helpful. Was also quite selective with the process. Recruiter is great and very communicative so I always knew where I stood in the process. Heard back a couple days after my interview
The interview was easy, there was a digital interview in the beginning where you had to take videos of yourself answering questions. You get two tries for each question incase you slip up or make a mistake. They were more personality based, less technical.
