I interviewed for a mid-level position and was interviewed by a senior architect and a principal architect. The interview was largely technical and based on my resume. The interviewers were professional and conversational, which made the experience comfortable overall.
However, the depth of the technical questions felt more aligned with a senior or lead-level role rather than a mid-level position. The questions went significantly deeper than what was outlined in the job description, and at times it felt like the expectations did not match the level of the role.

Straightforward like a normal convo to gauge technical aptitude for doing work in the cloud. I enjoyed the interview process. It was quick and fair. I would highly recommend. I like Booz Allen.
