I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bon Secours (Portsmouth, VA) in May 2015
Interview
Applied online and filled out the questionnaire. Heard back maybe a week or so later from HR, who asked me some pre-interview questions. Interviewed with hiring manager in a location that I did not apply to, so be prepared to possibly travel for interview. Simple hiring questions you'd find in any healthcare field. Gave me a tour of the unit there (not the one I'd work at). Told me she'd make a decision by Friday (I interviewed on a Tuesday). I never heard back from her, so assumed I did not get the job. But then I heard about three weeks after the interview from HR that I was offered the job.

The process was fairly quick. After submitting my application, I was contacted by a recruiter within a few days and set up my first interview with the hiring manager. It was an easygoing virtual interview through Teams with mostly behavioral questions. Then I was set up for a final interview with a few managers from the same office group.
