You go through 2 quick rounds of interviews but don’t interview often. There’s also no upward mobility in this area. So a the turnover rate is extremely really high. Fairly simple job though.

Interview
I applied online about two weeks later I received an email asking for me to complete a video interview. The video interview consisted of four questions. You have a set time to think of your answer and then time to respond. You can’t go back or redo so be prepared!
A week later I received another email asking for an in person interview onsite at the Austin office. It was a group interview with 2-3 managers and one other candidate - popcorn style. It is very laid back. They asked 4-5 questions.
