I were interviewing by 2 young leader during the process and it’s 2 different role, probably this is a new way of interviewing people to save their time but personally don’t feel it’s proper to do so, candidates will lose their focus while discussing on the role. Good. Too many technical information asked for my level of experience. I was not informed before hand to master the products of the company but i was still asked about random products.
