Intensive, spoke with multiple people each interview. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Stressed that they wanted someone with previous sales experience and did not want to train a new person.

The interview was more conversational and got lots of helpful feedback but the long panel was a bit excessive. It’s a recruiter screen, hiring manager, then 2 hour panel. Only reason I withdrew was another offer
