Interview
Easy quite quick comfortable process. Manager was easy to work with so no need to worry about the interview process. Pretty standard job interview. Asking questions back helps with showing interest in the job position

Interview
Sat with the manager in an active part of the store and interviewed in a mix of casual conversation and standard interview questions. They definitely take into account what you are wearing to your interview, whether the look is "in" or not.
Fun interview pre-COVID whereby everyone had to go around the store selecting items and then had to try them on to create two outfits one dressing up and one casual look, and explain why they had chosen each of the pieces, why they thought they went together. Really good fun and felt really relaxed!
