Actionaid Project Manager interview questions

Awful. I was invited to an interview, there was a few slots within hours of the same day available. I was unavailable that day so I selected the reschedule option in their system. I didn't here back so I emailed several times and phoned but nobody contacted me until a week after the initial interviews were supposed to happen. They told me there was no option to reschedule and I would not have an interview. So because nobody told me there wouldn't be an option to reschedule I was costed the job all down to HR incompetence.
