I applied on the Abrdn website and within a week of applying, received an email to interview via Microsoft Teams.
They asked me roughly 5 questions and advised me if I was successful for the next interview stage (which is a group task) I would know between 24-72 hours however, I have not heard back.
The interview is very formal.
They advertise the job to be back office and telephony based but I was told in the interview it was 100% telephony based work.
They do offer working from home but advised it is only 1 day a month.
