I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Abbott (Galway) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was simple and straightforward. After initial screening, there was a second round of interview with Hiring managers from different departments. They were really respectful and curious throughout the 30 mins call. HR is also fantastic as i was very comfortable talking to them. They just asked to introduce yourself, then some questions regarding the previous experiences & ended with asking why do you want to join Abbott. Kudos to the interview panel and HR team for making process straightforward and comfortable.
Took super long to get through all the interviews. There was 4 rounds total and each one was spaced out 2-3 weeks apart. Very messy process overall, gave me the impression that they are disorganized and very bad at communicating.

Very horrible communication
Had 3 interviews that somehow spanned over 3 months only to be told I didn’t get the job. Person coordinating the interviews ignored my emails asking questions then would follow up asking me to schedule the next interview. Bad experience overall, definitely won’t consider another position with abbott
