The first interview was by phone, then there was an assessment at one of the corporate offices, then if you passed the assessment, they setup another interview at a local operation were they showed you equipment, install process & vehicles you’d be assigned, to see if you wanted the position.

they mine your data at first, making you take a prescreening quiz. then they throw you into a group interview zoom call with other people. if you make it past the zoom call they will call you on the phone , same day, to ask some more questions. if you pass, the HR department will reach out to offer you the job, otherwise you will get an email nicely rejecting you.
