I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Clearwater, FL) in Aug 2025
Interview
Group interview of 21 people for 3 open positions. Toured the store then a 2-3 minute interview with the manager. They didn't seem interested in anyone that was over 30 years old.
They sent an email inviting me to a “1 hour group interview” so I took the day off work to do it. When I (and 5 others) get there, it winds up being a 5 minute pre interview process. I was highly frustrated from the misleading email.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Greeneville, TN)
Interview
First interview was a group interview. Approximately 10 people. Tour of the store and coolers and freezers followed by 1 on 1, 5 minute interviews. I left directly after the 1 on 1 interview.
