In a perfect world where would you be in the next 5 years.
Was pretty rigorous for a cashier job. Had a group interview, then face to face with store manager, and then pre medical but that was done virtually. Once that was done i waited about a week before i was given an offer. Just be presentable, know basic info about ALDI.
It was a 'group interview' where they had roughly 30 applicants arrive at the same time. They had one man do individual interviews at about 5min per interview. They did not like my time restrictions for their part time work.
