I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (New York, NY)
Interview
It's very intense - lots of interviews in one day, with lots of folks asking a wide range of questions. Some of the folks I interviewed with weren't folks I spoke to again for over a year, others became close collaborators. The questions weren't as targeted as I would have liked and the process was so grueling that I wouldn't have taken the job if I hadn't already freelanced with the team and loved it.
Went through several rounds met 12 ppl was told by HR I was the choice. Then ghosted for months only to get an automated rejection email. The absolute most unprofessional process I have ever been a part of. HR communication was non existent I will never look for jobs here again and plan on spreading the word to all my networks.
I applied online. I interviewed at AIG in Apr 2022
Interview
Typical conversation with the HR rep ... friendly, like the experience, seemed like a great fit, etc. And then, nothing. For more than a month. No answer to follow ups, even just asking if they've moved on. Finally, 5 weeks to the day of the interview I get an email that said they've picked someone else (shocker, Lol).
