I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process was accommodating and four behavioral questions were asked per interviewer. The first round of interviews was conducted online while the second round of interviews occurred over video call/phone call.
I received a Hirevue interview the next day after sending in my resume. The questions were fairly easy and what you would expect. Mostly behavioral questions that were mostly like problem solving based and nothing to do with my past experience
Hirevue interview and then emailed regarding a super day. The super day consisted of one more interview virtual with a hiring manager. I've heard it is typically three interviews though.
Easy, it was a Hirevu Interview with some behavioral questions. A couple of questions on team work, time management, and expectations from the role were asked. Overall, it was a good experience.
