I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Houston, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
Screening call with HR. HR gave screening questions in a word document. Phone interview lasted about 45 minutes. HR said would submit resume to local office. If local office was interested they would do a Teams online interview with local HR, after that a site interview. HR explained benefits, 401k. They asked for salary requirements. Later HR sent benefits package via email. Pointless since I did not get an offer. Three weeks after not hearing from recruiter or HR sent email to both. Recruiter ghosted me. HR politely said local office declined 2nd interview.
