6 total interviews. It’s a difficult interview process, but everyone is great. They are quick to communicate and it’s a streamlined process. The recruiters truly want you to succeed and are very helpful along the way!

Towards the end of the process, they really lean in to get to know you more on a personal level rather than diving into your experience.
3 step interview process. First a call with the recruiter then a call with the VP. And then a role-play with a panel of managers. Mangers will give you feedback at the end and then will have you shadow a sales executive for 15-20 minutes

What are qualities you look for in a good manager?
It was on a zoom call and was difficult! The lady interviewing me was awesome though, she actually ended up giving me some good advice before I moved on to the next round. It ended up not working out, because I moved, but everyone was great. Be ready to answer their questions!!
