Have you been nominated to become a Glassdoor Talent Warrior? If not, nominate yourself or others today!
Once nominated, you’ll be sent the complete submission form which contains the following questions:
What makes you a Talent Warrior? What are you doing differently than you did a few years ago? This is the place to share your innovations in the realm of talent acquisition. What new ideas have you brought to your company? How have these ideas improved processes at your company?
Answer the questions via the “complete submission” button above and you’ll be officially in the running for the Talent Warrior Awards, but hurry! The deadline for completed submissions is Friday Aug. 1, 2014.

- Is mobile part of your recruiting strategy? Explain how. Are you optimizing your careers page and application process for mobile? Are you working with your engineering team to make your site more mobile responsive? Are you in the research stage, determining how to go about mobile optimization? Tell us where you are and how it’s going.
- Describe the role of employer branding in your recruiting strategy. How important is your employer brand to your overall strategy? Do you work with your marketing department to have a cohesive message? Do you ask employees for feedback? Share office environment tidbits across social media? This is the opportunity to tell us how you showcase all the best reasons to work at your company.
- What do you think is the most important element of the recruiting process? What innovations have you made to improve this element in your company? This can be anything you want. Tell us what makes your job easier, what could you not recruit without, or perhaps, what you’re missing most and why.
