I experienced a very interesting culture and office atmosphere that seemed to be somewhat accepting but felt I was not given fair opportunity to build relationships and teamwork.

I was told that this position allowed you flexibility for work hours, however this was not true. If I did not have a meeting, during business hours they would message me and ask me where I was, but I had just worked for 8 hours that previous night. When my daughter broke her arm at daycare and I took her to the hospital, I worked that night. I didn't tell anyone at work because it didn't affect my work time. I didn't respond to an email within 24 hours and they fired me. If I knew the it was against EEOC statues to fire someone because they were taking care of a family member I would've never signed the severance agreement. My mentor told me how great I was doing, then when they fired me they said I wasn't productive. I
