Pros

only pro is they just moved to new office, everything is new and theres a ping pong table

Cons

No worklife balance. Even worse than big 4 since they pay less. They will ask you to do Audit half year and tax half year which means there's 2 busy season in 1 year. you will have no spring, no summer and no Christmas. On top of that, you can't even finish work at home. They say there's flexible work schedule but there's none. No remote at all not even during COVID.

Dear former colleague, it is a pity that you were not satisfied with the management. We take your suggestion very seriously and we are currently in the process of training all managers according to our management mission statement. We wish you all the best for the future. Kind regards

Pros

Pros, free coffee, tea. Three weeks PTO. Opportunity to work mobile or hybrid.

Cons

While Rodl & Partner (Atlanta) may offer competitive products/services, my experience with them left much to be desired. The glaring lack of diversity within many of the departments was immediately noticeable, suggesting an evident blind spot in their hiring practices. Where they dare not recruit at any HBCU's or college campuses where it was diversity. Additionally, the work environment felt stifling and toxic, where open communication was discouraged by management and yes-men seemed to thrive. Aggressive managers and coworkers was the norm. (Where I was told this is the German why) With management that seemed more focused on maintaining their status quo rather than fostering growth and inclusivity, I would hesitate to recommend this company to any potential employees or partners who are of brown skin tones.
