      Pros

      Awesome organization, they keep you on your toes. This is an experience like none other in the Military world, your roles and responsibilities are endless. This is an organization where you build on relationships to last a life time!

      Cons

      Learn to speak the Language; your definition of a job being complete may be different based on your hard work ethic. Learn to take your time and be patient when dealing with Countries agendas.

      Pros

      $, benefits, travel are all very good by comparison to similar USG jobs. Colleagues are generally professional and competent.

      Cons

      Some colleagues do not "get it" and seem to be working for NATO to pass the time. The bureaucracy can be stifling. Some Risk aversion in culture.
