      Pros

      Where do I start? Full of friendly and helpful staff, at the corporate and plant levels. Top notch Senior Management, all the way to the CEO who actually cares to be involved and actually cares what his employees think. Very high level of quality across the board within the company, making it nice to proudly represent Mitchell Plastics! I haven’t seen this type of highly skilled and yet very personable Leadership in any company I’ve ever worked at! They have certainly set the bar high for other Tier One Suppliers! If you are lucky enough to get into MP, do it!! You won’t regret it!!

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of a single con. Most will not understand the positive work environment until you are lucky to find one!!
