      Pros

      You get free dry cleaning as an employee.

      Cons

      This company charges some of the highest prices on dry cleaning in town, so it makes it very difficult to compete with other stores in the marketplace.

      some, and I mean SOME co-workers are nice (most of them move on to other jobs)

      Cons

      The management won't even try to hide the fact that they simply do not care about their employees, and always use threats to make employees work, i.e: if you don't achieve their goals (which is impossible) you will get written up or "coaching report" as they have changed the name so the employees don't realized what they are actually doing. And, finally, when it's time for your review, because of your "coaching reports" and the goals you have not achieved you get a bad review and never get a raise.

      Work 6 days a week for 6 hours each day. an average of $236 per week They expect you to work as fast as possible at all times.
