Original BD culture is good/fair/patient oriented. Need to be careful to not adopt or blend with the culture from some new hires coming from companies with focus on cost-efficiency and excellence or well-known toxic environments

I’m excited to celebrate my first anniversary at BD. This past year has been full of learning opportunities, professional growth, collaboration, and support from colleagues across different teams. From day one, I’ve felt aligned with BD’s purpose-driven culture—where advancing the world of health isn’t just a slogan, but something that truly guides how we work and make decisions. Over the past 12 months, I’ve been able to expand my skills, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to projects that have real impact in the healthcare space. BD’s purpose is truly at the center of the BD Way, and it creates a strong sense of direction and unity across the organization. It’s motivating to be part of a company that plays such an important role in supporting healthcare systems around the world. Overall, my first year has been extremely positive, and I’m looking forward to what’s ahead. BD is a great place for people who want to grow, contribute, and be part of a mission that matters.
